Employment Partnership Program
Written partnership agreement · pay nothing until you're employed. Not a subscription.
- The Employment Partnership Program has no upfront fee. Payment obligations begin only after successful employment through the program.
- Income-share terms are capped, time-limited, and disclosed in writing before you start.
- You commit to completing your career roadmap milestones, at least one certification, and honest self-assessment.
- HumanityAI does not guarantee employment — outcomes depend on your effort, applications, and interview performance.
- Applications are reviewed by admin. We may approve, negotiate, offer a scholarship, or decline based on fit and cohort availability.

Are enrollment credits refundable?
Credits spent on enrollment are non-refundable, but you keep lifetime access to your career path, certifications and Zara coaching. If you can't afford credits right now, apply to the Employment Partnership Program instead.
How are Employment Partnership applicants selected?
Admin reviews motivation, commitment and fit. Limited slots open each cohort. Submit the application above and we'll respond by email within 2–3 business days.
When do partnership terms kick in?
Only after you're employed in a role earned through the program. Terms are fair, transparent, and discussed openly before you begin.
Can I switch from Employment Partnership to credit enrollment later?
Yes — enroll with credits at any time and your partnership obligation is released.
