Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HumanityAi, operated by HUMANITY TECH LIMITED ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

HumanityAi provides AI-powered learning, a digital library, certifications, a marketplace, a remote-work academy, and related tools. Features may evolve.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your password safe, and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or teacher.

3. Payments

Plans, courses and marketplace items are charged through Paystack in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Certificates

Certificates are issued only after a student completes the required learning and assessment. Verifiable codes are public — do not share certificates you have not earned.

5. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering or abuse of our AI models.
  • No impersonation of staff, students or partners.
  • Respect intellectual-property rights of authors, faculty and other learners.

6. User content

You keep ownership of content you upload (resumes, books, products). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and deliver it within the Service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". HumanityAi does not guarantee employment, income, or specific learning outcomes. AI output may contain errors — verify important facts independently.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction.
