Media Terms & Rights

1. Ownership and licence

Media generated on the HumanityAI platform is owned by, or exclusively licensed to, Humanity Tech Limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where a jurisdiction does not recognise ownership of AI-generated output, you grant Humanity Tech Limited a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that media as described in these terms.

Nothing here purports to override mandatory local law. Where local law grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain yours and the licence above applies to the fullest extent still permitted.

2. Your usage rights

You receive the usage rights specified by your HumanityAI plan for media you create on the platform, including personal, educational and — where your plan allows — commercial use of the media you generate.

3. Platform rights

Humanity Tech Limited retains the right to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, adapt for formats, watermark and promote published media through the HumanityAI Media Hub and its marketing channels.

4. Mandatory branding

Platform-generated public media carries mandatory HumanityAI branding — HUMANITYAI, HumanityAi #HumanityAngel, Humanity Tech Limited. You must not remove, crop out, obscure or alter that branding on publicly distributed platform assets.

5. Third-party model and provider terms

Media is produced through third-party AI providers. Their terms, restrictions and content policies continue to apply to the media you generate, in addition to these terms.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you write, any source material you upload and the rights you bring into the platform. Third-party copyrighted works, trademarks, personal likenesses, voices and music must only be used where you hold the necessary rights or a valid legal basis.

7. Enforcement

HumanityAI may unpublish, restrict or remove media that breaches these terms, applicable law or provider policies, and may suspend accounts for repeated breaches.
